FOUNDATION

Eligo Italia is an entrepreneurial project born from the encounter of Elettra Musetti's strong vocation for Italian fashion - then completely addressed to the male one - together with the curiosity and initiative of two young Italian managers and friends.

Like Elettra, the two Eligo partners were born in Modena, and it was natural for them to choose their hometown as the ideal location for their company, feeling a strong desire to break away from the traditional places of Italian fashion, thus allowing themselves absolute freedom. of artistic expression.

The continuous contamination of international cultures, the traditions of expert workers combined with a profound work ethic, make Modena the ideal place for those seeking perfect harmony between elegance and freedom of thought. AN ITALIAN COLOR

Legend has it that, in 1366, Count Amedeo VI of Savoy, leaving for a crusade, hoisted a dark blue banner on his Venetian galley as a sign of devotion to the Madonna. Since then, that color, between peacock and periwinkle, has become the chromatic emblem first of the Savoy and then of the Italian nation.

Today the Savoia Blue denotes the high uniform scarf of the Italian army officers, in addition to the shirt of the Italian representatives in international sport. Eligo Italia has chosen this color to highlight its ancestry to the noblest national tradition and uses it today to mark the packaging of all its products.
